VICTRANSA was founded in 1984 as a result of the merger of two regional companies which originally provided service between Vic and Barcelona. Its rapid growth and development have allowed it to now offer delivery services across Spain and Portugal.

Throughout the years, Victransa has solidified its efficiency in transporting merchandise, which has made it develop and also specialize in storage and preparation of orders for its customers, becoming a veritable Complete Logistics Operator.

In order to offer all these services, VICTRANSA takes advantage of modern facilities in Vic with 34 automatic loading docks, occupying a total surface area of 17,000 m2, of which 123,000 m3 are set aside for storage. Our team is made up of 140 professionals and we have more than 75 route and/or distribution vehicles that allow us to guarantee our customers a quick, efficient, and personalized management, ensuring compliance with each one of their needs.

Geographically, our Vic headquarters can be found in a privileged location and enjoys unmatched highway connections which aid in quick distribution and a reduction of transit time.

Our Transportation Division currently offers complete service to our customers, as represented by our four products:  

  • Transportation of PARTIAL LOADS (industrial packaging and pallets)
  • GROUPED (3, 4 and even 6 linear meter trucks)
  • COMPLETE national LOADS
  • URGENT door to door SERVICE

This range of services allows us to guarantee that our customers can always meet their commitments. We carry out deliveries to the Penninsula between 24 and 72 hours maximum for conventional deliveries, to same day services through our urgent door-to-door service. We also reach the islands in a timeframe that ranges from 48 to 72 hours for the Balearic Islands and 96 to 120 hours for the Canary Islands.

Logistic Warehousing

VICTRANSA is specialized in the distribution of partial loads for INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING and MERCHANDISE ON PALLETS, and has the means to send loads of more than 100 kg, a fact that sets VICTRANSA apart from the companies that specialize in small packaging.

 

Logistics Management

In order to carry out this activity, we use a modern fleet of vehciles that is renewed periodically -- at most, every four years of use (renting) -- and all are managed using GPS. Most have a raised platform to better handle the merchandise.

From pickup to delivery to the end client, we guarantee tracking of the shipments through merchandise labeling with bar codes and thanks to the computerization of this information, our customers can access this information on a continual basis at www.victransa.com.
